Alieene Vance Memorial Scholarship Renewal

As a past recipient of the Aileene Vance Scholarship, you are eligible to apply for renewal of this scholarship award. 

As a reminder, you are eligible for renewal provided that you are in your consecutive sophomore, junior, or senior year and have maintained full-time status and academic performance at the scholastic level of at least 3.0 (4.0 scale).  If you choose to reapply for the award, please complete the attached form and return to me (with required attachments) by June 1.

Please be aware that your failure to submit the enclosed renewal form by the specified date will result in your ineligibility to be considered for this year's and future scholarship renewal awards.
