Grantee Reporting Information

Organizations receiving grants from the Spencer County Community Foundation are required to submit both a six-month progress report and a final report at project completion.  These reports are required, and failure to submit in a timely manner may affect an organization's eligibility to be considered for future grants.  It is the responsibility of the grantee organization to assure that all information typed into the grant reports is legible and complete.  Reporting deadlines are indicated in the grant agreement.

Supporting Our Sisters Fund 6 month reports are due May 5, 2012 with the final reports due on December 5, 2012.  If you have completed the program/project that the Supporting Our Sisters Fund grant paid for, please complete the Grantee Final Report.  
 


Grants from the Spencer County Community Foundation unrestricted grants cycle had a six month report due on December 16, 2011 and a final report due on July 16, 2011.  If you have completed the program/project that the unrestricted grant was approved for, please complete the Grantee Final Report.


REMINDER:  Missing or incomplete reporting forms may result in your organization not being eligable for any grants through the Foundation.
